Vets on T.A.P. family — we’ve been up and running as a group for a little over two-and-a-half years now and it’s been a continuous learning experience. This all started with a single networking event each month rotating to different craft breweries and it has grown to where we’ve held up to 4-5 events per month to include morning coffee, hiring events, virtual events, hikes, and fundraisers. We’ve tried to adapt to the needs and demands of the group while keeping with our mission: To connect transitioning servicemembers, veterans, and spouses with employment that is rewarding and empowering. Some of our events have been better attended or received than others, but I think that we’ve been able to find and provide value in all of them.
So, we’re asking for your help. What do you like? What can we improve on? Are there any events we should scrap? Are there any new things we should try? What can we do to serve you better?
